Lori Arute built her career across real estate brokerage, appraisal, and property management in multiple states before founding The National Groups, which she led for more than twenty years and expanded to five national subsidiaries prior to its sale to Old Republic, a Fortune 500 title company. She has built and exited a multi-line real estate services platform — the same model LAW operates today.

Bob Hora brings more than 37 years in mortgage servicing operations, including over 15 years in executive leadership. He served as Chief Operating Officer at Consolidated Analytics and held senior positions at Bank of America, Fannie Mae, and GMAC ResCap. His work spans default servicing, loss mitigation, foreclosure, and REO operations at institutional scale.
EVP, Enterprise Business Development
Wayne Arute brings over 30 years across mortgage banking, servicing, default operations, and REO asset management, including service as Chief Executive Officer of The National Groups. He leads enterprise business development across institutional and government markets. He holds an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Asset Management
Barry Fuller brings two decades of real estate asset management experience alongside 25 years of public service, including current service as a firefighter with the City of New London, prior service with the Department of Homeland Security, and service in the United States Air Force. He holds a Paralegal Litigation Certificate from the University of Connecticut.
Chief Information Officer
Binni Skariah brings more than 20 years of information technology and financial services leadership and was recognized among the 10 Most Influential CIOs to Watch in 2023. He leads LAW's technology function across AI-driven automation, data management, servicing platform integration, and cloud transformation — the infrastructure behind asset-level reporting and client system integration.
