Ms. Arute began her career as the owner and president of a multi-state real estate brokerage and development company with offices in MA, RI, CT, NY, and FL. She later opened and operated a multi-state appraisal and valuations company as well as a national property management firm.

She founded and served as CEO of The National Groups, comprised of five subsidiaries — REO asset management, valuation, loan modification and loss mitigation, short sale and deed-in-lieu liquidation, and a closing and escrow business. Under her 20+ year leadership, the firm expanded nationally before being sold to Old Republic, a Fortune 500 title company.

Mr. Fuller brings two decades of multifaceted experience in real estate asset management, development, and public service. He supports the execution and oversight of federal and residential portfolios, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational integrity, and value-driven performance.

Prior to LAW, Mr. Fuller independently developed and managed multifamily and mixed-use properties, overseeing every phase from construction and leasing to tenant relations and financial reporting. His public service background spans 25 years, including current service as a firefighter with the City of New London, and prior service with both the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the United States Air Force. He has been recognized with the Air Force Achievement Medal and Air Force Commendation Medal, and holds a Paralegal Litigation Certificate from the University of Connecticut.

Wayne Arute serves as EVP of Enterprise Business Development & Government Partnerships at LAW Asset Management, leading strategic growth initiatives, government contracting relationships, enterprise partnerships, and national business development across the company's platform.

He brings 30+ years of experience spanning mortgage banking, servicing, default operations, REO asset management, originations, and brokerage. Wayne previously served as CEO of The National Groups, including subsidiaries National Default Servicing (NDS) and a short sale platform. He holds a BS in Business Administration & Engineering from Central Connecticut State University and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He holds real estate brokerage licenses in CT, MA, RI, NY, and FL, along with a Nevada Asset Management License.
